Where in the World…?

Where have I been!? Why no posts? The world is just DYING to know, I’m sure.

The simple answer is—busy. But that’s not the only reason for not posting. You see, during elections and the political circus they bring, I tend to avoid posting so as to not rant and rave about the lunatics. I simply don’t have the time to say all that needs to be said, and I find it far too frustrating. So I just back off writing anything but the occasional short update on Facebook or Twitter.

But, yes, I have been busy as well. Busy hiking for fitness and sanity. Busy taking photos of anything and everything. Busy on the job hunt, because I simply can’t afford to keep working where I am—financially or mentally. Busy doing all the things that this modern life requires. There just aren’t enough hours in the day or days in the week, but being busy with life, work, and leisure is far better than just sitting around waiting to die. (As morbid as it sounds, that’s what SO many people are doing, and certain situations feel like that for me—thus change MUST come.)

So, posts will be coming soon. The election is over tomorrow, so I won’t have to rant and rave as much—except to say “I told you so” to a few Tea Party “Patriots.”
